The delegation was accompanied by the president of the Colombian Football Federation (FCF), Ramón Jesurún; the mayor of Cali, Alejandro Eder; the governor of the Valle del Cauca, Dilian Francisca Toro, and the president of the Vallecaucana Football League, Oweimar Giraldo.
